Materials for learning R and for the workshops I run. Everything here is free and open to anyone.

Intro to R

A short, hands-on introduction to the basics: running code, vectors, data frames, how folders and file paths work, and reading a data file into R. Real R runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install, and each section has a small exercise you edit and run yourself. About ten minutes.

Students interested in joining my lab should work through this first.

R Workshop Materials

The project folder for the workshop, as a single download: the RStudio project, the student workbook, and the dataset. Setup instructions are on the page, and we go through them together at the start of the session.
